5 Day in Update

I feel AWESOME! I started my regiment tuesday. My regiment being something I made up.
Cut down on preservatives, sodium and calorie intake in general. It has been 5 days and I have not crumbled under the pressur once. Im feeling better and my body is working much better. I had a hockey game this week and my team saw noticeable differences in my energy.
I did not weigh myself this week so Ill start the weigh ins monday. I was around 205 ish last week but im not 100% sure so im not going to count it in.

My typical breakfast is usual some multi-grain cherios and a glass of OJ. Sometimes I switch it up a bit if I have time.

Lunch is my heaviest meal. I know breakfast should be but im just not that hungry during the morning.

Supper is basically just to hold me off till breakfast the next day :P

Heres a picture of my first breakfeast under my new regiment. Its not like SUPER healthy but its definetly better than my usual : Bacon/Eggs on Buttered Toast with a Pepsi

Paranormal Activity

Watched Paranormal Activity last night. It wasn't bad but im not a huge horror movie fan so we all know how that must have went down. I am on my 2nd consecutibe day of not being able to sleep at night. It sucks! I think I will google ways to get over a horror movie.
Anyways so the weight loss thing...
I decided I will star- HOLY CRAP I GOT INTO THE MILITARY
Sorry I guess I forgot to mention. But yeah I got into the military. I leave for basic training July 29. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending how youd like to look at it) losing weight and getting in shape is no longer an optional thing. Its a must, I want to spend those grueling 13 weeks trying to keep emotionally stable when deprived of sleep. I dont want to spend it struggling with my physical tests and such.
Oh and I decided I will start my program Monday. I picked a horrible week to start because my mom left and my dad did grocery's. His idea of food for the week: Bologna, Hot Dogs, Pogo's and frozen pizza's. Wait he made cheeseburgers this week too but yeah. Oh and for healthy snacks I get to eat Chips and Pop. Not one vegetable!
Oh well.
No one is going to read this anyways. I sort of feel like im waisting my time...

NEW AND IMPROVED! (sort of)

This is my new one. I have moved back to blogger after briefly trying Tumblr.
Tumblr was much too artsy for the content of my blog.
Thanks Yall

Status Update

Alright well unfortunately I haven’t had the drive to posr anything. Im sorry. I don’t have any reader’s so I doubt theres anyone around to care. But I thought I would post a wee bit of an update to let y’all know how im doing.

There’s one answer for all of this. Bad. Wait strike that BAD

I have only followed 1/5 of my list.

I have been getting some more regular sleep. Which is good.

But I have been eating a lot.( Bad food)

I haven’t been drinking much water.

I haven’t been excersizing very much. I really need to stop using hockey which I play once or twice a week as an excuse to not go our running.

I have been using my current financial situation as a reason to not go work out

This week just hasn’t been very good for me.

Diary of a Fat Guy

Hello. I am a fat guy. According to the national standards for BMI I am officialy obese. I was just overweight till recently and when I got my results my world shattered. I had always known I carried a little extra weight but I didn’t know I was legally obese. I realized I needed to make some changes.

My weight has made me much less desirable to the opposite sex and people don’t see me for me. They see me as a Fat Guy.

This blog is where ill post my weight loss plan, tips, personal entrys and maybe pictures depending on how it all goes.

I already upkeep a semi-active lifestyle. Hockey twice a week and Tennis everyday during the summer but I realized I still need to make some drastic changes to my lifestyle.

5 changes I need to make to be the person I feel like. (in no specific order)

  1. Get a Full 8 hours of sleep a day - Sleep is essential to getting into a routine and losing weight.

  2. Drink A LOT more water - Its not surprise that when you drink 3 cans of pop and a litre of chocolate milk everyday I dont drink much water.

  3. Stop binge eating and set up a schedule

  4. Control my snacking a little bit more. Make healthier snacking choices

  5. Excersize More
